This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the 240 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 240. Registering multiple accounts under the same or different identities is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid mobile number, and active payment details.

240 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of identification documents such as MyKad or passport. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

Password Security & Access

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact 240's support team immediately.

The 240 platform will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any channel other than the official login page. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us immediately.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 240 platform:

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or conduct transactions.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, unlawful collusion, or cooperation with other users.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions through means that are unauthorised or unintended by the platform.
  • Accessing the platform via VPN or any other method to conceal your actual location.
  • Spreading harmful or threatening content, or harassing other users.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.

Payments, MYR Transactions & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the 240 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required. Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX Internet Banking, and direct bank transfers to major local banks.

Each deposit is subject to minimum and maximum limits set by 240, which may vary depending on the payment method selected. These limits are subject to change and will be communicated to users via the account dashboard.

For withdrawals, your account must be fully verified before your first request can be processed. 240 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal deemed suspicious. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few hours to three business days.

Any bonus received is subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) specified in the respective promotional terms. Bonus value may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully met. Failure to comply may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

In any event, 240's maximum liability against any claim from a user shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials on the 240 platform are the exclusive property of 240 or its respective licensors, and are protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 240.

Third-Party Links

The 240 platform may contain links to third-party websites. 240 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

240 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • The user has violated any terms in this document or related policies.
  • Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
  • The user provided false information during registration or the verification process.
  • The account has been found to be involved in money laundering or other illegal activities.
  • The user failed to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining credit balance may not be refunded, depending on the nature of the violation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 240 customer support. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once the request has been verified.

Changes to These Terms

240 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform's official website.

It is the user's responsibility to review the latest terms periodically. Continued use of the 240 platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
